  My purchase was well packaged and exactly as described in the listing. The pricing was fair and, in spite of a delay due to the post office mishandling, it arrived when the seller said it would.   This item ended up not being up to seller's satisfaction before shipping and refunded purchase & shipping within hours of the purchase with a very heartfelt apology and explanation. I was very happy that the seller made this call up front, instead of me being disappointed with the bracelet then having to go through the return and refund. I was thrilled with the other two items I purchased at the same time. They were shipped so fast and in better than described condition. This is a great seller!
