  Seller has had excellent communication with me for this item that Royal Mail posted to another flat in my building. I have been communicating with the seller, we have been trying to figure out where the item went. Seller has been great and very kind in understanding my concern when I informed that the item is marked as delivered but I had not received it. The flat Royal Mail posted to is 3 floors up from mine. It has just been brought to my flat. Excellent and honest seller. Thank you
