  Have to say, been a pleasure to deal with litime. Communication is excellent, they held my delivery back for me as I had to go out of town and after contacting them when back it was delivered 2 days later. The 280ah battery very well boxed and had a good manual/information paper work with it. Have charged battery and have started to use all good so far. The quality and value of the battery is is excellent. Would recommend this battery and company.

  I couldn't be more pleased with this seller. Within hours, yes same day as placing the order I've been notified that it had shipped it was here within four days. For the significant discount listed in the price I figured I was going to have to put up with poor quality. That was not the case at all The aluminum, including the welds and this item are very high quality. It was shipped undamaged and the mounting hardware appears to be all stainless steel screws and bolts.

  Li Time products and customer service are fantastic. I needed to replace some batteries and they were quick to respond and extremely quick in shipping. The only issue is the 12 hour time difference and that’s not really an issue! I have several products from them and I am impressed with both the quality and craftsmanship so far. I highly recommend Li Time and will continue purchasing from them in the future.

  Since this charger is a 10 amp charger I wanted to cancel this order. I had no knowledge of the importance of more amp for faster charging until after placing the order, about 2 days on the weekend. I requested a cancellation, it was quickly granted on Monday and PayPal was immediately reimbursed allowing me to order the same unit but a 20a charger. I consider that great customer service, it was quick, understanding, and very considerate. Thanks to the seller very much.

  Great batteries,well packed and promptly despatched but the delivery courier left the 2 X 280ah batteries out in the street behind our mailbox in plain view of passing traffic. Luckily I came home just in time to see some guy out of his ute at the batteries and when he saw me approaching he sped away. Not good couriers!

  Sehr guten Artikel (LiFePO-Batterie, neueste Technik) zu günstigem Preis zügig erhalten. Artikel wegen Fehlkauf dann zurückgesandt. Geld zurück erhalten. Mein Angebot, die Kosten für Hin- und Rückversand zu übernehmen, wurde durch seinen Kundendienst freundlich abgelehnt. Der Verkäufer ist seriöser Geschäftspartner und empfehle ich darum sehr gerne weiter!
