  Subject: Damaged Set of Cups and Plates Due to Poor Packaging Dear [Seller/Customer Service Team], I recently purchased a set of cups and plates from your store and received the shipment. Unfortunately, most of the items arrived broken. The damage was mainly caused by the packaging. The items were packed only with paper, which is not suitable for fragile products.
