  A GREAT SELLER! I had a question about the item I purchased and the seller checked the item and answered my question promptly. I purchased the item and received it very quickly. My item was packaged very well, was exactly as described and what I wanted. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t quite what I needed which was completely my fault. I contacted the seller and explained my situation and requested a return. The seller was very understanding and made my return easy. You couldn’t ask for more.

  Seller worked with me on price, and accommodated me when I asked that they hold off on sending the item as I was out of town for Thanksgiving. Item came very well packaged and is in great condition, minus the fine adjustment measuring label which seems to have come off in transit. No bother, a little abrasion and some adhesive and I'll have that stuck right back on. Great transaction.

  Shipping was fast and free, it was exactly as described, and works well, packaging was good with plenty of protection, and the value was great, compared to some other sellers. Although some other had around the same price. I would use this seller again.

  It is just as described although the file sounds messed up, not too smooth and so I hope maybe I can find just the handle to buy since the power box is fine. Packaging great. Speed of shipping very good. Value is acceptable. Happy I could get my broken one replaced as it’s a good product so I thank you.
