  Seller assured the jacket had not rips, stains, or holes before I purchased the item. When it arrived, there is a hole in the leather around the collar. Tried to resolve with the seller and sent 2 messages over 8 days and no response. The hole looks to be caused by the security tag that was used as shown in pictures from original listing. Was not looking for a refund as I know seller stated no returns but some acknowledgement or offer of repair would have been sufficient.
