  This seller has excellent customer care. While I had no reason to need customer service, I say this because they shipped promptly, ahead of my expectations. Shipping was so fast, my order arrived yesterday 4/3/2025 (I ordered 3/30/2025) & it got here before 3 other orders I placed before this one. The items were packed securely & arrived in excellent condition. The personal touches were also very kind and made me smile. Also, the price was extremely generous compared to other vendors.   I was so excited that the seller agreed to my offer… And shipped it very quickly! Package arrived in great condition, with extra little stickers inside the box!   The toy is brand new, as described, came in a nice wrap that helps safe the original smell of grapes. Delivery was relatively fast around Christmas, New year time. I didn’t communicate with the seller. Great experience and good value.
