He immediately asked me to send it back and would replace it with what I actually needed without batting an eyelid. As kind as the gesture was, it was my fault. I ordered the correct cable and then realised the strip light was faulty so I had to replace the entire strip light from Philips. I asked if the 2nd order could be cancelled. This was done with a refund
