  Ordered 5000 fender washers from them and when the package arrived I only received just less than 2000. Through correspondence, we were able to figure out that nearly 17# were shipped and only 6.5# arrived. I shared packing photographs with Fastenere and within the hour received notification that they were shipping out the balance of my order. Fantastic customer service....would recommend them to anyone!

  Excellent seller with fast shipping and nicely packaged. USPS dropped the ball on this one and sent it back and forth across a few states before finally getting it here. The seller's label was very clear so there shouldn't have been a problem with delivery. Definitely not the sellers fault at all! These are a high quality, stainless steel that will work great on the pontoon boat. Nice smooth finish so they look great. Thanks from a very happy returning customer!

  Great quality and prompt response. Packaging could be improved a , a bag within a bag doesn’t fare well with punctures only a dozen and a half were missing after the USPS finally got the package of a 100 screws to me in the weeks they require to deliver anything.. Great seller but the USPS gets a F.
