  Value lights has just got to be one of the best people to deal with on eBay. I ordered a floor light which stated next day delivery and there was no extra charge for this, the item was delivered the 'next' day...it was exactly as described, amazingly well packed, and when set up looked far more expensive than it actually cost, I am very pleased with my purchase and can highlyrecommend this Seller.

  While we did have some hiccups with a faulty unit - the customer service was incredible. I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

  What an amazing seller ! They were unlucky and dispatched a sealed box containing in a garden lamp. Unfortunately there were two pieces missing from the lamp. I made contact with them through eBay and had a reply 30 mins later. They sent a replacement part that day, but that was still missing the internal part when it arrived. When I contacted them again a full replacement was sent along with a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very highly recommended.

  Unfortunately the first delivery didn't go as planed ( courier left it by the front door !! ) and I reported it stolen. Upon receipt of the police incident number the seller reposted with a different courier who knocked on the door and I received my parcel. VERY GOOD communication with seller . I hope they continue to use the second courier service.

  Item exactly as described. Good quality glass shade. Comes well packed and priced well. I now have them on every pendant light in my house. My quibble with the transaction was regarding the carrier Evri. They seem never to be able to find my property. So the item was initially returned to the seller. The seller was very helpful and accommodating and after the third attempt and a different carrier I received the item.
