  Brilliant packaging! So well wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Excellent packaging for a china mug. Arrived in perfect condition for a birthday present. The quality and printing on the mug is great too. I am very impressed and pleased. I am now tempted to purchase another china mug!   This is a nice mug which arrived in a reasonable time and well- packaged. However, it was disappointing that, whilst described and labeled as bone China, it certainly doesn’t seem to be so and looked more like pot. We have several bone China mugs which we like since they better preserve the temperature of hot drinks. Those are clearly a very different product from that supplied. I suspect though that the seller’s supplier and not the seller is at fault in view of the packaging description.
