  Eventually found the item after hunting the neighbourhood. Seller was non communicative and non responsive. Very frustrating trying to find out what their delivery people had done with package. Arrived late and took so long to try and find it missed the target for use on site. Would never buy again from this seller. Product is however very good but overpriced. New product in original packaging, no issues with the product.

  We provided full tracking for the customer which even showed a picture of the item delivered to his property. Did not arrive late as was already delivered when customer raised the issue which we informed was the case. This type of customer makes it hard for sellers on ebay but fortunately they are in the minority!

  Ordered 2 meters, came as 2x 1 meters. Emailed as wanted 2 meters, seller advised me I should have informed them at checkout. Nothing in advert to suggest this before I purchased, most sellers will supply a continuous run when ordering more than 1 length. When seller approached I just got attitude. Rubbish product, service and after sales. I will be binning the item and buying from someone who cares

  As the customer states he ordered 2 off lengths of chain. This is what he received. He made no contact about being in one length. Nothing in the advert to say it will come in one length. we offered to replace it but he refused to send it back. They obviously made a mistake which they want someone else to pay for. Product is quality and our service is highly rated as you can see from all feedback.
