  Item arrived in as described condition, computer read it as a new battery with full capacity as listed so quality is decent enough. The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same. All in all great service and a good quality item for a decent price. I'll buy here again.

  Item received on time and well packaged as advertised. My only slight negative is that where sellers advertise the "Make An Offer" option, if there's a minimum, they should say "offers above" etc. This stops lower offers they'd never accept and saves everyone time in the process. I had two reduced offers declined and ultimately simply just chose the buy it now price.

  Item received damaged. Seller has responded overnight and has agreed to refund. However, I still need the battery and have ask him to just send me another battery. Seems like a good seller to deal with.
