  The packaging was excellent, it came in a box with bubble wrap, everything as described. The console is in new condition, the box of the console looks never touched, and the response to my questions was quick. The shipping was fast as well. Everything was very simple, and the seller was very friendly. Not too expensive, I highly recommend it.

  Although the product was advertised as "used" its condition was in a superb state, almost like new and easily surpassed my expectations. The packaging looked clean and safe and the shipment was rather quick and took barely a week from Japan to the EU. Communication was also handled very well, since I got an announcement with my shipping update from the seller. One of the best sellers on eBay I have a ever bought from! 5/5

  Seller had very fast shipping. Great condition and value. Seller sent a different color stylus then was in the picture, tried to message the seller but never got a response. Not a big deal but would have been nice to hear back. Over all great seller!!

  PS3 was in impressive condition. Seller was open to communication during entire purchase and provided shipping/handling information. Items arrived fast and were packed and shipped with care. The Seller took good care of the console and cleaned before sending. The console and controller were different from product details page and images but the quality and value cannot be beat.   I am 100% happy with my purchase! I have wanted this DS for a while and authentic ones are hard to find. When I saw this listing for less than £150 I was uncertain but the seller was so helpful in confirming the authenticity it put me at ease. The DS is in better than described, it is like new with some light wear, the DS and GBA slots both work as well! Postage and packaging were both good and secure, the DS arrived 4 days after purchase. Kaku even gave me a discount, which i am grateful for :)

  This seller is among the best for buying Japanese consoles! They respond quickly, and provide all of the extra information and pictures you need in a short time. The console I bought was also shipped fast and packed so well that I've honestly never witnessed better, like the console had at least three layers or bubble wrapping around it, and it was shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Strongly recommended for your Japanese console needs, try them out!
