  About AMA Books the book is in good shape the price & shipping was fair it was promptly shipped to me & on time, but I had a question that I sent to them I got -0- response from them I only received a response when they wanted a feed back not a big deal but it would have been nice to answer me back so 4 stars.

  The condition of the item received is good. But I did not receive the test book. I received the instructional DVDs. The seller did give me a refund though, so I can't complain. I don't see how that has happened though. I have ordered this item 2 times, from 2 different sellers and got the same result. It's frustrating.
