  Goods not delivered for whatever reason. Contacted the seller who made an immediate refund. A little annoyed because after I had placed the order I found another supplier selling identical product for £20 less . Had I placed the order with them would I have found myself in the same boat. Who knows ! This product no longer advertised anywhere which was good value and was an identical match to an existing product in our garden. Pity it did not work out but perhaps better luck next time

  Although I didn't get the original one I ordered as the courier doesn't deliver to ni (i blame brixit 😅) Luke went above and beyond to send me one. The communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend buying from this company. Thank you so much for all your help.

  10 out of 10 on packaging as described and value postage was some what delayed but got there in the end all in all I am very happy with my pool thank you and well done guys

  Storage box fine, easy build. Good price. Downside is no tracking available, no communication from courier/supplier as to when it was going to arrive other than a 6 day window.

  Product arrived with numerous areas of damage, really disappointing. However, the seller addressed my concerns to my complete satisfaction - good customer service is so hard to find these days but this seller was really good, hence the 5 star review.
