  Seller fumbled the sale and should have done due diligence and sold me the item I rightfully won. Their inability to keep track of the item resulted in a canceled sale and then they offered it to me again, and then sold it to another person. No revision is necessary for incompetence and no due diligence. They never offered to make things right. Feedback stands as it is. I implore the seller to do better in the future and communicate better as well as keep track of sale items.

  I accepted your low offer after many counters.once I realized it wasn't in its bin, i emailed you. I profusely apologized,this has never happened before. I didn't feel right about keeping your money since I didnt' know where it was & canceled your order.I realized my toddler put it in another bin.I emailed you I found it and was going to relist you.I'm sorry I didn't make it basically free for your" inconvience" & while you tried that angle , the item sold .I refunded your money, you aren't out

  Beautiful backpack! Exactly as described and shipping was super fast. I had been looking for this backpack for some time as I did not know about it when it was originally released at coach. I was so happy to get a very reasonable offer on this one from someone who (like me) couldn’t wait to purchase for herself as a birthday treat :) I’m so happy it worked out that your extra backpack is now a birthday gift for myself!
