  These booties are great, I've not worn them yet but I will. The shipping and cost was great. They were packed nicely. The value was great. They were as described. I got exactly what I paid for. I can't say a whole lot about seller communication because I've not had to contact the seller for any reason. The booties arrived quickly and in great shape. No scratches or scuffs.

  One of the best integrity stores on ebay. Here's why: As a buyer, when we buy an item on ebay, we expect everything to go smoothly. Once in awhile, due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, something goes wrong. In my case, the package was lost in transport. I reached out to the seller, who is a big store. Within a day they responded and acknowledged the issue, stating they would look into it. They did what they said, as within an hour they issued a full refund and a 60% off coupon.

  Arrived timely. Well packaged. Pretty shoes. The color is different than it appeared in the picture but still okay. Appeared faded and suede in the picture and described as leather. I’ve bought get from this seller a few times and was very satisfied! Just not this particular purchase. The seller was still absolutely excellent, just wasn’t AS satisfied with the merchandise as usual. Would still rate the seller well though because of past experiences. Anyone will have times of imperfection but ok
