  Only received half the number of items I paid for, but after I messaged the seller twice, they sent me the rest of the items. They DID NOT communicate with me at any stage despite my messages. Those items I did receive were exactly as described, brand new, good quality, well packaged and arrived promptly. I did eventually get all of the items I ordered. I will NOT deal with this seller again.

  Absolutely wonderful experience! There was a slight delay, but the seller kept me updated throughout. The Eco-Neem arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Amazing value for money—just a small amount goes a long way. My lillypiles look healthier, greener, and pest-free—the improvement in their appearance is clear. Highly recommend this seller for great service and quality products!
