  This seller offered the BEST customer service I have ever received on eBay! I quickly made a purchase at midnight for my son w/ autism who is very particular. Tried to quickly cancel the order to make a different color choice and seller called the NEXT MORNING to accommodate me. Ended up sticking w/ the purchase but still seller went out of his way to make things right! The Ugg boots were authentic in excellent new condition and packaged well! FAST SHIPPING, GREAT VALUE!   The seller shipped the wrong color slipper. Order was for a black slipper but what arrived was tan. The issue that I have is that the packing slip was placed inside the shoe box and it clearly stated "black" ugg slippers. I feel that the seller deliberately sent the wrong color.........maybe the black color was unavailable.....??? Questionable seller behavior. These shoes can be bought locally in the tan color for a lot less money but black is not, thus the reason i paid more to get black
