  The package was shipped very quickly with packaging that kept the item safe and protected. "My" :) purse is exactly as it was described; the photos were the exact item I wanted and the exact item I received. It was a little pricey, but for me it was a good value because I have been looking for this purse for a very long time.

  This teapot was in a color that I've never seen. It came minutes ago, well wrapped, but the handle was broken in 4 pieces. The newspaper and bubble wrap protected the lid and infuser, but the handle of the teapot was not able to withstand the pressures of shipping. The box was clearly marked with numerous FRAGILE stickers. I have saved the wrapping and papers to show how well it was shipped.
