  Item was as described and I was delighteded to have my offer accepted! Thanks! Unfortunately packaging was not great. I understand that it was probably a tricky item to wrap, but it arrived with one end hanging out of the Tesco toaster box and bin bag, scraped and bashed by the post.

  Poor description of the item. I contacted seller before purchasing to check if the item was the same shown in the picture as the description did not say the item’s brand. It was confirmed the item was the same as the picture although the brand was not Sun ringle as per picture. Due to time issues I did not send it back. Item’s quality is good but description is not clear at all.
