  Ho acquistato questa bellissima casetta Belize per la mia tartaruga circa 20 gg fa, arrivata oggi con qualche giorno di ritardo da parte del corriere. Sono molto soddisfatta, casetta di legno pregiato, con rifiniture e dettagli curati, il venditore ne ha aggiunti due per scusarsi del ritardo. Imballaggio perfetto, il corriere ha ritardato di qualche giorno, pazienza può capitare. Segnalo la gentilezza e la premurosità della sig.ra Daniela, che ha gestito tutto il mio ordine con professionalità.

  Cute turtle house, packaged well and arrived quickly! But be aware there is a gap of about half an inch between the lid and the main frame, which is shown in the pictures but I didn't notice.

  Dear customer, first of all thank you for the nice feedback. The 8 mm slot is used to allow the lid to be removed/placed easily. Keep in mind that wood is sensitive to atmospheric humidity, it increases in volume and shrinks depending on the degree of humidity, and we always leave a small space to remove and replace the lid also because there is the protrusion of the flaps that does not allow a flush measurement of the lid. I hope I have explained this peculiarity well. Thanks for everything.

  Devo chiedere scusa al venditore, non ho letto il messaggio sul tel.dove mi diceva che il pacco ere in consegna .Il mio primo feedback è stato negativo non per il prodotto che ancora mi doveva arrivare ma per BRT.Vorrei spendere 2 parole per la merce che o preso, possiamo tutti prendere 4 tavole di legno e fare una teca per tartarughe o altro ma rimarranno solo 4 tavole, mi sono innamorato appena l’ho vista e ne sono pienamente contento e felice che sia un prodotto costruito in Italia.

  Complimenti per la diplomazia!! un msg però no, ehh? Se le può interessare l'ordine è in transito. Se le serviva urgentemente poteva avvisarci e avremmo cercato di accontentarla. Altra cosa, l'espressione 'si sono presi i soldi' proprio no eh!! Non accettiamo da parte di Nessuno commenti simili, non ha acquistato da un pinco pallino qualsiasi o un falegname della domenica di infimo livello, claro??
