  My original package was damaged in the mail, and I could not use the product I ordered. I notified the seller who immediately responded to me. They apologized for the inconvenience and said a new package would be sent to me asap. They indeed followed through with their commitment. I received the replacement package, as promised, very timely and in very good condition.

  Box arrived damaged with only 7 of the 10 soaps in it. I do not think that the seller made a mistake. I believe either postal service Jamaica or USPS Opa Locka, FL screwed up the shipment. I recommend the seller and loathe postal services nowadays.
