  Item arrived very quickly in good condition exactly as pictured. While mounting it on my skidsteer there was a slight problem. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again

  Good quality for the price. Shipping was quick. The listing claims this is for Category 0 and category 1 hitches. The pins supplied were too large for category 0. I contacted the seller and they immediately made it right with me. I had to source my own category 0 pin but they refunded me the cost of the pins. Would definitely buy from the seller again.

  Superb seller! Although my package was vastly damaged in shipping because it was so well packaged by the seller, there was no damage to the contents and all the pieces were there. The seller also responded quickly to my contact about the receipt of the package and the pictures I sent. April and they asked me to promptly open it, examine everything, and advise them stating if there was anything amiss they would make it right. Everything was fine due to their superb packaging.

  Excellent communication and customer service, received wrong radiator to begin with but they were quick to solve all issues and send correct replacement, A++++ seller, good price, new in box , good fit and works well , will buy from again , great ebay seller.

  Item arrived on time and was as described and safely packaged. Unfortunately, the item had a manufacturing defect. As stated in the description, I would have to pay return shipping so not worth returning. Seller offered a refund which they didn t really have to do. I appreciated the refund offer knowing they also were not aware of the problem. Just an unfortunate problem and they handled it well and also communicated well.

  Arrived as in good condition as described. Exactly what I needed and might be only place that sells it. Price was better than other places. automatic rejecting of offers wasn't on, so it was annoying to wait 24 hours. Shipping was fast and I appreciate that it was through Amazon because it seems like they take better care of packages where I'm at.
