  Great price even with shipping cost, condition is like i picked it off the shelf myself, packed well, quality product, and the cap was taped down so it didn't open during transit. Everything looks good and I'll be purchasing again. Highly recommend.

  My only issue is if a seller is going to have “make an offer,” they need to be willing to either counter offer or accepts offer. The item was $8.95, bid $7, then $8. Respectful bids, both rejected w/no counters. I needed the item, so I caved &purchased. It arrived neata & was as described.

  Good quality tooling side. Arrived well packaged. Not the sellers fault that the United States Postal Service mishandled and lost the package for several days. For the cost of shipping three items in the same box they should use a more reliable carrier.
