  First class communication by the seller; initially confirming size of jacket and the nature of the leather but also taking care to ensure that I was aware about the durability of faux leather - very professional in their approach. I was also very happy at the time taken for the jacket to arrive ( arrived on 15/4/25) although perhaps a jacket of this type should be packaged in a sturdy box rather than plastic which is susceptible to potential external damage over such a long journey.

  Not only did they send a jacket without the hood, but what they claimed was real leather turned out to be fake, which tears easily. What a total scam. Do not buy from this seller
