The exhaust fan works perfectly if you don't want to use a battery it will just go on in the daytime when the solar panel gets sunlight. My battery arrived with the Status of charge (SOC) not working, so the battery always showed 0% charged on the led panel and on the app even after charging. The customer support people first told me that they take care of their customers and would replace the battery if needed. They worked with the tech department and set me instructions to have the SOC recalibrate/reset. It did and the battery is fine. Many thanks.
