  I ordered two styles of drawer pulls (bail and key-with-backplate), and both look better than the pictures and feel quality. The seller was responsive to messages, easy to work with, and double checked to make sure I knew that the two styles of hardware I’d ordered had different finishes before sending them. Shipping was quick and everything was carefully packaged, with spare screws and even spares of the actual hardware for the smaller, multi-part style of pull. I’d give 10 stars if I could

  Super nice seller! Unfortunately, my package got lost with USPS after a few weeks, but the seller was kind enough to refund me.
