  AAA + Seller. Will definitely buy from again. Product is as descripted. Sidenote: Seller was awesome to work with. The item was late and seller offered to refund my money. In the end we agreed on waiting a little longer so they wouldn't lose money. I'm glad we did because it did arrive and in great condition.

  From the beginning there was a problem with the tracking number it had to many digits I made the seller aware but they did not understand every day I checked if item had moved but nothing so I wrote the seller again and told them they should cancel and refund me I sent a screen shot of the tracking any how I went and checked my mail and the package was there but seller had refunded me so I wrote to the seller telling them that the item had arrived and that I want to pay for it and make it right.

  Very good seller who cares about their customer's and their satisfaction. Due shipping issues the seller offered a full refund. Yes, I would buy from this seller again as stated before they care about their customers. And kept in communication and are very honest which is hard to find a good seller.

  Although I received a tracking #, there was no indication it was valid! After 10 days of no receipt of my purchase from the sender, I contacted them. I was told there was no tracking # despite seeing a tracking # at my end that didn’t appear to be valid. The sender offered me a full refund, which I accepted. They also said if my order were to arrive, I do not have to return it. After 13 days it finally did arrive. I thanks the sender for stepping up with the refund & free purchase.

  This is a very kind & forgiving seller. Provided me a refund right away after the item didn't arrive on time. When the item did finally arrive, I attempted to pay them back and was told to keep the item as a free gift. You don't see honest sellers like this anymore!   I received my tag, 🏷️ for Scout (my Chihuahua-Terrier) very well made. It came a little bit late ( not fault of the seller ) I did a claim and I got an excellent response of them refunding me the money I paid for. I will definitely recommend them for their honest service and quality of the item I received.
