Seller was very responsive and maintained open communication during shipping insurance review. Item was well packed was shock to see it damaged but outer packing was damaged.   This seller was excellent! The jeans I bought was exactly as described and even better in my opinion. I was happy to find these at a great price. The care that went into the packaging impressed me. The jeans were so neatly packaged. I have purchased new items from a department store that did not arrive this, clean, and neat! Shipping was reasonable, which is always a plus! I would absolutely order from this seller again!

  The item was shipped quickly and was in new condition in the original packaging, so suffice to say the description of the item was on point. It was shipped in appropriate packaging so that when I opened it, the item was in a condition as if it was on a store shelf. Given all of the above, the item was a great value and I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Great jacket! Excellent value. Deadstock new except for the minor problems as described by the seller. Photos had me worried that the jacket might have bad pocket and hem symmetry. No such issues. My fourth USGI John Ownbey and they have all been beautiful. Would have preferred a box for packaging, but it arrived intact. The shipping (DHL and their lousy Canadian associate) is an issue. Not blaming the seller as it is beyond their control, but my package was left in the lobby...again!
