  ordered a new drain pump because I needed it to fix my washer. Shipper created a label on Monday but did not kick it out into the shipping world until I asked about it on Thursday. Shipped it FedEx SmartPost. Nothing smart about it. 7 days to get to the Denver area and 11 days to get from there to my PO Box in Wyoming. !8 days all told to travel 350 miles. My washer was fixed for almost two weeks before the part arrived after I drove 60 miles to get the part. Slow to ship and terrible communicat

  Paid for item and seller cancelled my order saying I requested to cancel which I certainly did not and then relisted the item at three times the original price. Contacted seller and was told they accidentally left the 1 off the price. lol
