After complaining that the first product was send poorly, the box was damaged and open and was left outside in the rain even though we were inside right next to the door. Instead of them taking the criticism and tell their team to handle the product with care, I am being told it's no reason to complain. This happened twice by the way as I tried to reorder with the hope this service would be better.

I was assured of a refund, and was able to print out a free returns label. I received a full refund within three days of returning. I would recommend this seller based on this experience.
