  Highly unreliable. Ordered 5 ac adapters on Sep 4, On Sep 8 they marked item shipped with no tracking number. After follow up they provided a new tracking on Sep 11 which was given to USPS on Sep 15. And finally when the item arrived instead on Qty. 5 ordered they shipped only qty. 1. The whole experience was bad. No communication, delays.

  Excellent communication! This product arrived timely, well packaged, and as described. This laptop was in pristine condition and I was pulling off plastic from the power button because it was so new! I will definitely recommend this seller to anyone who wants a premium product.
