  Keyboard arrived in "used" condition, package for postage was in perfect condition when it arrived, seller was very helpful and wanted me to test if the keyboard still works. I did not want to install such condition keyboard in my laptop, so I Iet seller to know, that I would not like to test it. Seller gladly proposed that I send the keyboard back to them, but I chose brand new OEM from local autorized dealer. I did not bother sending it back, because it was not worth the effort.

  Despite the fact that the keyboard arrived damaged, most likely due to shipping, after discussions with the seller, he was very kind and quickly sent me another keyboard, at no additional cost, which arrived quickly, in good condition and works perfectly. Very good seller!

  When the product first arrived there was an issue with it, but the vendor promptly solved it. The product was boxed in a very good way. Absolutely would buy again from them. 10/10 customer service, time of processing of the order and shipping.
