The drive on my Fiery crashed. I was able to install the software onto a new drive. I have to say though that I am very technical and have experience in IT. This is not for a novice but it does work. The seller has a good youtube video that you can follow the steps.

Eric is the best. His support is awesome. The Fiery was packed so well and looked in mint condition. Everything was as he explained. Went ahead and upgraded the HDD to 2TB as well. Thank you for all good work.

The software I ordered had three options based on the type of server I had. Eric reached out via phone, email, and text to make sure he reached me quickly and got me the correct software so there were no issues. After speaking with him on the phone he was also able to help me find a solution for another issue I was having. I greatly appreciated the above and beyond excellent customer service and information he provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
