  Packed well, shipped promptly. When the item was delayed in shipping, seller contacted me and mentioned that they would start a claim after the required USPS delay. Item showed up late but undamaged. Super seller, awesome communication and refreshingly proactive on buyer's behalf. Just amazing! Great teamwork! Highly recommend this seller.

  Producted arrived damaged with the battery plate bent (see photo), but that seems to be the result of packaging and USPS as opposed to intentional deception. Other than that, the product quality and condition is as described, and the seller was even considerate enough to include batteries!
