  After purchase, I was informed that the shipping was too expensive, even though it was listed. The seller asked if I wanted a refund. I had already purchased additional hardware for this item and requested that I still receive the item. At this point I was rudely messaged in all capital that “WE ARE CLOSED FOR THE DAY, I’LL CHECK TOMORROW “. The next day I received a message from the seller stating that the item had been damaged in the warehouse and that I was getting a refund. How convenient….

  I didn't realize that typing in capitals was considered rude.I had no problem giving the customer a prompt refund.Unfortunately the item was damaged in our warehouse and not sellable.My mistake in not proofreading the listing but it was too big for normal shipping.
