  Excellent seller! The item was lost by FedEx but the seller had excellent communication and had to deal with FedEx and their poor handling of shipping and communication. They contacted eBay and resolved the issue with my refund. I can't recommend this seller enough! Thank you so much for all your help it is much appreciated!!

  Although the item never arrived it appears that it was entirely the fault of FedEx. The seller did everything they could (multiple phone calls to try to resolve the problem), but in the end the item was not found. I highly recommend this seller.
