  Got the trumpet within a week. Brand new in box as advertised. The trumpet is just like our rental, but at half the price. Same great tone. Was concerned about ordering from Japan, but everything was smoothly. Great purchase. Highly recommended!!!

  Seller initially shipped the incorrect item (black instead of red). After about 2 weeks of negotiation, they agreed to take back the incorrect item and ship the new one. It arrived as advertised. Took a little while, but it all worked out.
