  Item was not new as described. Guessing it was a return/open box and they resold it. Missing charging cable and few small marks on it. But for $13 it’s worth it, shipping was almost as much as the item at $10.

  Quality part delivered extremely fast. However, the factory package had holes as if it had been opened. The smaller of the two parts (21-64871) was missing from the package. Just taping up the holes could have prevented losing the part.
