  I don’t know why the return says I just didn’t like the item lol, I just didn’t need the part. The mechanic ordered a brand new part and I didn’t know. I received the item from this company as described and shown in excellent condition and packaged well. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely order parts from them again. Their service is outstanding from their excellent customer service, responding to messages quickly, to the on time shipping and delivery.

  Quality, Condition, Value and Appearance were all as expected from the listing. This was a very heavy item and the freight shipping was handled well. I was contacted beforehand to arrange shipping to my non-commercial address and it arrived on schedule. I'll definitely be ordering from Overland Imports again and recommending them to my fellow Land Rover owners.

  Great experience with seller, worrisome experience with eBay... I made an offer, which was automatically accepted, and eBay automatically charged my card and also gave the seller my billing address rather than my shipping address (which I have used on all my recent purchases). No choice of address was given by eBay. Luckily, I noticed quickly and the seller sent the wheel to the corrected address. Top notch communication, and better than expected condition on a used item.

  This item is in great condition however it's not what I was expecting based on the description. I spoke with the seller and he understood the issue. Even though I'm returning this particular item, I will not hesitate to do business with this seller in the near future...their response to my issue was extremely quick and the asset arrive very well packaged.

  The item arrived very late and damaged the seller was great to work with and offered timely solutions and was very responsive in trying to make things right they are great seller and I will buy from them again it would be nice if they didn’t ship USPS because the service you get from USPS seems to always be substandard

  Received the wrong item in the original order but the seller corrected it very promptly and was very responsive to our initial email alerting them of the error. All in all a good transaction and I would buy from them again.
