  Long time customer here. I ordered the dk brown 6 months ago and I received the wrong color. I order ahead to avoid running out so by the time I realized the color was off a few months had passed. I reached out to the seller who apologized and said it was a lab error and stated if I reordered I would be refunded. I also offered to send the product back but the seller said that wasn't necessary. I have since reordered and product is fine. I did lose out on $35.00 for 4 bags of unusable product.
