  Phenomenal transaction!!! In 30 years of eBay buying, this seller ranks in the top 5 best sellers I've had the pleasure of buying from. I don't know how it's possible to ship DHL from Japan Mon morning (Japan time) and have the package arrive in FL Tue morning (EST) at such a low shipping cost! The pen was carefully packaged with obvious TLC & arrived in perfect condition. The 'previously owned' pen is in much better condition than described & actually looks brand new. Great communications too.

  I'll try to be brief. I am beyond pleased with the seller. The pictures were excellent and accurate. The shipping was extremely fast (2 and a half days shipped from Japan). The communication was excellent and the seller offered to ship the 2 items purchased together and refund the shipping for the second item unprompted. Very courteous and the packaging was excellent and the presentation was excellent as well. The value was very good. I cannot recommend purchasing from Okuno enough. Thank you.

  I cannot even comprehend how the shipping and care of the product can be so fast. Packaged very well, the item is as derived, excellent value price and even a written thank you note.
