  Parcel was delivered partially opened, but the items were in good condition, as they were in a separate bag. The items are as described and we were able to put them to good use. A+ seller, though more tape and packaging will help prevent broken items.

  Thank you for your order! I'm happy to hear it arrived intact, but I'm sorry about the issue with the tape. I try to be as eco-conscious as I can with my packaging, and recently switched to compostable tape. It's a little less strong than the plastic tape, so I had to adjust to that. Rest assured, all packages are now taped very well, and there haven't been any more shipment issues. Cheers, and enjoy the cricket set!

  Item as described. Beautiful condition. Unfortunately there was a serious problem with shipping damage of my item. Seller was very responsive, honest and easy to work with.
