  Product as described. New equipment in clean packaging and arrived earlier than expected! They provided instructions for software and setting equipment up which is awesome because I randomly decided to build a CNC plasma with zero experience! Searched for decently strong motors and these were the best deal across many platforms and eventually went with this seller after a discount offer! I'm confident in the product working as it should and I believe the seller would assist in any way they can!

  Very good communication. Initial problems were fully solved by sending replacement for a defective part. The seller even issued a partial refund for the problems that I had experienced. The machine is of exceptional quality. I can highly recommend this seller and the product.
