  Item offered $10 off coupon. I could not find anywhere to apply coupon when purchasing. Asked seller if $10 off would still be honored but was simply told if I had clicked on coupon it would have applied. Seller made no offer to reduce price and seemed unconcerned about the mix up. It’s too much trouble to return something where we live so I’ll just keep it. Ebay would not let me leave a negative feedback until contacting seller and I’ve already seen how much they care.
