  As it turned out, the tiger ornament was not a rare Radko, but in fact a Slavic Treasures ornament. It was in mint condition as listed and still quite beautiful. Communicating with Kristy about the inadvertent mistake in the listing resulted in a prompt and unconditional refund. That makes this shop a true exception amongst eBay sellers. As experienced with a previous, this ornament was also packaged and shipped with exceptional care, and we will continue to watch this shop for another treasure.

  She was a delight to work with. I accidently had the wrong address the first time I purchased the item from her and she quickly worked with me to cancel and re-list the item so I could purchase it with the correct address. The item arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It was received as described and as it appeared in the pictures. I will look to this store again if I need a similar item.
