  This seller is pretty awesome. They were super communicative to me. They were clear about what steps they would take to package the CRT (a massive old TV) to make sure it wouldn't break in packaging. They put a lot of care into it and really know how to take care of the product. This was a big deal because the last time I purchased a CRT on eBay it arrived broken. This product arrived perfectly and they were good to work with. They also did an additional test/VHS check for me on the product!

  Item was as described and the packaging was great. The tacking information did not show up on my end for days. I reached out to the seller who was very responsive and even went to USPS to check on the issue. As far as value I feel it was great. Shipped the item next day. Can’t go wrong with this seller.

  Worked exactly as described and perfectly functional. Came within a decent time frame, and I especially appreciate the speedy seller communication. Only complaint is the controller battery life is poor which wasn't mentioned, however I do fully understand that this would be a hard thing to find out with a quick test, which I imagine is what was done here. Good seller, good item.
