If an item doesn't meet our quality standards, we don't purchase that item. 90% of our products come from yard sales, rummage sales, estate sales, antique auctions and thrift stores. Stains, rips, cuts or tears are completely unacceptable when we purchase any clothing apparel. Cracks, nicks or chips are also completely unacceptable when we purchase crystal, porcelain, plaster etc... items.
